Phil has sat on countless audition panels and played piano for thousands of auditions, while Ashleigh has successfully auditioned for and starred in shows around the world.

Meet The Team

Phil Cornwell
Phil is currently the Associate Musical Director for the UK tour of Come From Away. He was previously MD for In The Heights (Southwark Playhouse/West End: Olivier Award winner for Oustanding Achievement in Music), The Scottsboro Boys (West End: Olivier Award nominee for Outstanding Achievement in Music) and Heathers the Musical (UK Tour/West End). He was Musical Supervisor for the 20th Anniversary UK Tour of Rent. Other theatre credits include Singin' in the Rain (West End), Cabaret (UK Tour), The Lion King (UK/Europe Tour), Matilda the Musical (UK Tour) and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (UK and International Tour). He has also depped on keyboards for Les Misérables and Wicked in the West End and on the UK and European tour of Miss Saigon.
Phil's film and TV work includes Musical Director for the Netflix/Film4 musical Been So Long, piano consultant for Bridgerton (Netflix) and piano consultant/soundtrack pianist for Tolkein (Fox Searchlight). He was MD for the stage capture of Heathers the Musical (ROKU Channel), filmed at The Other Palace.
Phil studied piano and double bass at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and then piano accompaniment at Trinity Laban, where he won the Postgraduate Accompanist Award. He is a founding member of the highly-regarded contemporary folk band Apple Of My Eye.

Ashleigh Harvey
Ashleigh is currently on tour with the UK production of Come From Away - she is Standby Beverley & Others, Janice & Others, Beulah & Others, Diane & Others.
Before this, she was on tour with the UK and International Production of Mamma Mia! as cover Donna, Tanya and Rosie.
She has been in the entertainment industry for 20 years. Her fave raves to date are Kate Monster/Lucy the Slut in Avenue Q, and Fanny Brice in Funny Girl at The Fugard Theatre in Cape Town, South Africa.
Professional work includes A Midsummer Night’s Dream; MacBeth; Much Ado About Nothing, The Rocky Horror Show (Janet), Sophiatown (Ruth), 4.48 Psychosis, Truth in Translation, Death of a Colonialist, Bash, Pests, Into the Woods, Odd Man Out and Shrek the Musical.
In August 2009 she was awarded a position at the International Shakespeare Fellowship and spent a month studying Shakespeare and participating in acting, voice and movement classes in London at the Globe Theatre.
Ashleigh moved to London in 2019 to pursue her dream of performing in the West End.
After attending countless masterclasses and workshops, she finally got into the audition room and was cast as Mrs Mullins in Kilworth House’s production of Carousel, but this was postponed due to Covid-19.
Once theatres were reopened she played Maude Lovelock in the premier production of The Pleasure Garden at Above the Stag Theatre in Vauxhall.
She then went on to play Ms Fleming in Heathers the Musical at The Other Palace.
